Serendipity Wellness Studio is Hiring a Spa Coordinator Near Burke, VA
Serendipity Wellness Studio is seeking a hard working part time studio attendant. Right candidate should be hard working, pick things up quickly, cheerful, self motivated, shows initiative able to think critically and be completely reliable.
Major responsibility is offering excellent customer service, keeping things running smoothly and assisting in helping clients have a completely wonderful experience from booking to check out.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering the phones, answering client questions and helping them to book appointments
- greeting clients
- taking payments
- responding to emails and texts
- Preparing treatment rooms for the correct treatments and helping us make the best impression for clients
- thoroughly cleaning of studio/ treatment rooms/ bathrooms, kitchen
- Laundry
- other duties, as needed
- This is not a sitting position. You will be active and doing throughout your shift.
This is a part time position. Hours will be various days/times. Could include closing shifts until 9:30pm or weekend shifts. We are currently looking for mostly weekend coverage but shifts could vary. Schedule is tweaked monthly.
Starting Pay: $12/hour, increasing to $14/hr once you are proficient in all required skills/tasks and show you are reliable and can handle all that the position entails. when you show you are proficient and are good fit for the position, you will get the pay increase. Pay also include 1-60 min massage per month as well as sauna/halotherapy suite use(after 90 days of successful employment)
